Jane Manzer

Jane Manzer

Jane moved to the Olympic Peninsula in the spring of 1978 when her husband, Fred, transferred to the Olympic National Park. They fell in love with the area, and raised their 2 sons in Sequim. After living in Nebraska, Montana, Idaho, and eastern Washington, Sequim has become HOME in every sense of the word.

Jane has a varied work and volunteer background in both Sequim and Port Angeles, and a large network of friends and former co-workers. Part of her employment background included work with real estate appraisers and for real estate attorneys, so when she decided to start a new career based in Sequim, real estate was a logical choice. Jane happily joined the McHugh REALTORS family in March of 2007.

“Service to my community has always been very important to me.” Jane began volunteering in elementary classrooms, served as an officer on Helen Haller PTO, was on the middle school advisory council, and was one of the founding officers of the Sequim Schools Athletic Booster Club. Now she devotes her volunteer energy to Soroptimist International of Sequim, an organization that has been providing a myriad of services to Sequim since 1947.

“Millions of people travel to the Olympic Peninsula each year to see the many beautiful sites and take part in all of the recreational opportunities this area offers. I feel truly blessed to be able to call this my home and to share my love of this area. Getting to know visitors and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm about the Sequim/Port Angeles area with them is a thrill to me. Therein lies my real estate passion.”
